Adhesives and trims...
We are not able to take returns on any adhesives due to quality control, we want to always supply a customer with a product that is 100% and we can't guaranty that if a customer brings one back that it has been stored correctly.
As for door trims and Scotia beading we also have a strict NO returns policy for these items due to scratching/splitting easily in transport. Also being removed from original packaging that cannot be replaced and unable to resell.
We recommend bringing samples of the floor to match up in store to save disapointment.
