We offer advice unique to each individual customer and ensure that you will receive the highest quality product to suit your needs and budget.

WE HAVE LONG STANDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR SUPPLIERS; THEY ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP WITH EARLY DELIVERIES SHOULD OUR CUSTOMERS NEED AN EXTRA PACK. WE HAVE JUST BEEN AWARDED A DIAMOND PARTNERSHIP WITH UNILIN ONE OF OUR LARGE SUPPLIERS IN THE UK. THIS AND BEING A MEMBER OF WHICH TRUSTED TRADER GIVES OUR CUSTOMERS ANOTHER SENSE OF SECURITY THAT WE CARE FOR THEM ONCE THEY HAVE COMPLETED THEIR ORDER.

WE HAVE A LARGE WAREHOUSE ONSITE. NOT ALL OF OUR FLOORS ARE IN STOCK, HOWEVER WE CAN USUALLY GET THEM WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THESE ARE DELIVERED TO OUR WAREHOUSE WHERE THEY GET CHECKED AND THEN WE OFFER A FREE DELIVERY SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS HOME, WHERE WE CAN OFFER THEM A MORNING OR AFTERNOON DELIVERY SLOT ON THEIR CHOSEN DAY

WE ARE A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS, ESTABILISHED IN THE FLOORING INDUSTRY IN 200O.

HAVE 26 YEARS KNOWLEDGE IN THE INDUSTRY, WE ARE SOLELY RELIANT ON OUR CUSTOMERS, TRADE CUSTOMERS, STAFF AND SUPPLIERS, SOME OF WHICH WE HAVE TRADED WITH SINCE WE STARTED IN 2000.

WE ARE VERY SUCCESFUL BECAUSE OF ONGOING LOYALTY FROM OUR CUSTOMERS, THEY TRUST OUR SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE FROM SUPPLY ONLY TO OUR FULL FITTING SERVICE. WE ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS FROM CHOOSING THE CORRECT PRODUCT TO THE FINAL STAGE INCLUDING THE CORRECT CLEANING PROCDURE FOR THEIR CHOSEN FLOOR. CUSTOMERS ALSO HAVE THE REASSURANCE THAT ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE UNDER WARRANTY AND A FITTING WARRANTY IF WE DO THE FIITING SERVICE. PRIOR TO GOING INTO A CUSTOMERS HOME WE SEND OUT TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BOOK IN DELIVERY DATES AND FIT DATES SO THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR COMPANY. OFTEN CUSTOMERS WILL ASK OUR FITTERS FOR TIPS OR ADVISE IF THEY ARE PLANNING ON FITTING THE FLOOR THEMSELVES AND ON ITS NOT UNKNOWN FOR OUR FITTERS TO CALL INTO A CUSTOMER’S HOUSE WITH A LITTLE HELP AND DIRECTION IF NEEDED. ALL OUR STAFF ARE TRAINED IN FITTING, PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICES AND ARE FIRST TRAINED.
