TED TODD RETURNS POLICY

We have considerable administrative costs due to our FSC tracking requirements and all returned goods need to be set up as a new tracking record with its own unique chain of custody record. We do not collect or credit any material 30 calendar days after the original delivery date.

Restocking charge: 25% of total goods value, minimum charge £100 per order. Collection costs from site: £80 per order up to 100m2, £60 per 100m2 or part thereof after. Goods not ready to collect at time of collection: £60 per attempt will deducted from all credits issued.

Please understand that goods collected need to be in the condition in which they were delivered. Goods cannot be accepted unless they are returned in the same state that they are delivered. Goods must be palletised and ready to collect. 

Due the sensitive nature of profiles, special orders, bespoke finishes, reclaimed and design panels, we do not collect and refund any of these items. 

We do not accept the return of date sensitive accessories after 2 weeks of delivery.
